What can I expect from an initial consultation?

Your first consultation with Artemis is a complimentary, no-obligation 45-minute discovery call. We'll spend the first half listening — understanding your organization's context, the challenge you're facing, and what success looks like to you. The second half is ours to share relevant experience, ask clarifying questions, and outline how we might approach your situation.

There's no sales pressure. Our goal is to determine whether there's a genuine fit between your needs and our capabilities. If we're not the right partner for your challenge, we'll tell you — and often point you toward someone who is.

What information should I prepare before our first call?

You don't need a polished brief or a formal RFP to reach out — a clear sense of your challenge is enough to get started. That said, the more context you can share, the more valuable our initial conversation will be.

  • The core challenge: What problem are you trying to solve, or what opportunity are you trying to capture?

  • Urgency & timeline: Is there a board deadline, a market window, or an operational trigger driving this?

  • Stakeholders involved: Who are the key decision-makers and what does alignment look like internally?

  • Prior efforts: Has your organization attempted to address this before? What worked, what didn't?
